Our goals

The Society is active on the territory of the Republic of Poland, and it is located in Poznań.

The aim of the Society is:

  • create favourable conditions for harmonic development of  inland fishing as well as representing its interest
  • inspire and develop creative initiatives aiming to the improvement of technical progress, fish farming production methods, fish trade, prophylactics and overcoming fish diseases as well as fishing law improvement
  • oppose the increasing process of water environment degradation, work out effective methods of executing compensations for resultant losses, conciliate followers of  overcoming various forms of environmental pollution
  • facilitate the flow of information concerning the newest conquests of science and technique eligible to use in fishing practice.



The aims of the Society are realized by:

  • cooperation with the Government Administration, the local self governments;
  • cooperation with social organizations, research and development as well as production units;
  • giving help the Society members;
  • preparation and publication of informative, documentary, training materials and other for needs of  the Society members activity.
  • popularizing improvement and water cleanliness protection issues;
  • training, initiating and organizing conferences and lectures;
  • running business of which income is intended only for realization of the statute aims.
